Honeybee Defense Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Section 1. Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms stipulate the conditions of use for the Game, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the developer and users.

Article 2 (Service Provision & Modification)

The Game is a free casual defense game provided on mobile platforms. Some content is available via in-app purchases or reward ads.
The service may be modified or discontinued for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice where possible.

Article 3 (Account & Login)

Users can log in via Google or Apple accounts.
Sharing or unauthorized use of accounts may result in service restrictions.

Article 4 (Nickname & User Info)

Inappropriate nicknames (profanity, defamation, political/religious/sexual content, etc.) are restricted.
The developer may change or restrict inappropriate nicknames without prior notice.

Article 5 (Ads & Rewarded Content)

The Game includes rewarded ads via platforms such as Google AdMob.
Rewards are only provided when ads are viewed to completion.
No rewards will be given for ad blocking, abnormal ad viewing, or network errors, and the developer is not liable for such cases.
The reward system may be changed or terminated without prior notice.

Article 6 (In-App Purchases & Refunds)

In-app items are available only to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred to another account.
Refunds follow the policies of each platform (Google Play, App Store, etc.), and used items are non-refundable.
For minors, parental consent is required for purchases; responsibility for unauthorized purchases lies with the user and guardian.

Article 7 (Age Restriction & Child Protection)

The Game is rated for all ages; however, users under 13 require parental consent for certain features (login, ads, purchases, etc.).
Child information is collected and protected minimally as required by law.

Article 8 (Content Usage Restrictions)

All Game content may be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without prior permission from the developer is prohibited.

Article 9 (Usage Restrictions & Account Sanctions)

Unauthorized use or sharing of accounts
Hacking, use of unauthorized programs/macros, or cheating
Abuse of the ad reward system
Profanity, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior
Other acts that violate policies or laws

If such actions are detected, accounts may be restricted, suspended, or deleted without prior warning.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The developer is not liable for service interruptions or damages caused by force majeure, network issues, or platform policy changes.
The developer is not responsible for issues caused by your own device or network environment.

Article 11 (Limitation of Store & Platform Liability)

The Game is provided through Google Play, Apple App Store, etc., but these platforms are not the provider/operator of the Game's content.
The developer assumes final responsibility for service-related issues; platforms are not responsible for related disputes.

Article 12 (Changes to Terms)

These terms may be changed for legal or service improvement reasons; significant changes will be notified in advance.
If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the service.

Article 13 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution)

These terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence.
In the event of a dispute, both parties shall make sincere efforts to resolve it through negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be resolved in the court of your jurisdiction or according to applicable laws.
The developer is only liable within the scope stated in these terms and is not responsible for issues due to your fault or causes beyond the developer's control.

Section 2. Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Overview)

This policy describes the types of personal information collected by the Game, purposes of use, third-party sharing, and your rights.
By downloading or using the Game, you are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please immediately stop using and delete the Game.

Automatically collected: ad IDs, device info, play records, purchase details, crash reports, etc.
Provided by user: email address and inquiry details

Article 3 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

Providing advertisements and personalized ads
User support and inquiry response
Security, fraud prevention, legal compliance

Article 4 (Retention and Disposal of Personal Information)

Data is promptly deleted after the purpose is achieved.
Certain data may be retained as required by law:
- Purchase history: up to 5 years
- Customer inquiries: up to 3 years
- Access logs: up to 1 year

Article 5 (Third-Party Sharing & Restrictions)

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Only the minimum information required for service is processed by the following platforms:
- Google AdMob (ads)
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (analytics, error reporting)
Data may be provided to authorities if legally required.

Request restriction or objection to processing

Reset ad ID or opt out of personalized ads

Article 7 (Cookies & Similar Technologies)

Ad identifiers, cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies may be used; you may refuse their use via device settings.

Article 8 (Child Protection)

The Game does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If discovered, such information is deleted immediately.

Article 9 (Data Protection Measures)

Personal data is protected through data encryption, access restrictions, security software, and internal training.

Article 10 (Policy Changes)

Significant changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after changes is deemed acceptance.
