Privacy Policy

Howell Technologies — effective 17 August 2026

This policy explains what the Howell Technologies platform — our web applications, desktop applications, and the services behind them — collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The platform is business software used by authorized people at Howell Technologies and at companies we have set up on it.

1. What we collect

2. Services you choose to connect

Some features let you connect an outside service — for example an accounting or reporting service — by signing in with your own account on that service's own page. When you do:

Information retrieved from a connected service is used to answer your requests. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what is needed to serve you.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve the platform, to keep accounts secure, to meter fair use, and to support the people using it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content for advertising.

4. Storage and security

Credentials for connected services are stored encrypted. Access to your information is limited to your own account and to the administrators of your company's part of the platform, who see only what their role requires.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to run the service. Ask us to remove your account and we will delete the personal information we hold about you, except what we must keep to meet legal obligations.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version at this address with a new effective date.
