With Toyota hybrid/PHEV you are paying for a state of the art drivetrain with a history of reliability - if the overall luxury feel, creature comforts and tech is a priority, i'd recommend looking at competition including BEVs. Last I checked, the Prime XSE w/PP has most closely matched with the Hybrid Limited trim features wise.

I'm kinda torn on the Rav 4 Prime because I've been drooling over one since they released. You get the functionality of an EV for majority of local drives, the practicality of a ICE for long road trips without the anxiety of finding a charger, and the toyota reliability. RAV4 Prime is the fastest Toyota vehicle behind the Supra! Hybrid doesn't come close.
I couldn't consider EV because the range is atrocious, I don't have a place to plugin, and if I needed to stop and recharge, it isn't quick. I used a ski trip as a typical use case, and there is not enough range to make it one way.
