Penguin Return Policy

OriginalPenguin.com will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or manufacturer's defect. From 10/28/2025 through 12/31/2025, we will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged products returned by 1/31/2026. Note: Klarna, PayPal, and Amazon Pay orders must be mailed back and are not eligible for in-store returns.

Easy Returns: We will issue a refund, excluding any shipping and handling fees, for all unused, undamaged and/or defective products returned within 30 days of purchase. Original Penguin offers refunds for unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged products returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Penguin Magic exists to make our customers happy.

If your product is damaged or defective in any way, please return it to us within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. State Road 47 Crawfordsville, IN 47933 Please enclose with each return a detailed packing list / claim copy which includes your account number, company name and address, claim number, date of return, total number of cartons / pallets and books returned. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase. RETURN LABELS AND TRACKING RETAIL STORE RETURNS Items purchased at OriginalPenguin.com may be returned to one of our Original Penguin retail stores within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Note that the package may not include a paper invoice. Penguin is responsible for return shipment to the customer. Warranty repairs will be performed skillfully and adequately.
