The X100 line are basically a variation on this. I would happily pick up an X-E3 or X-E4 without hesitation. The 4 is a little more digital which lots of Fuji people don't like but I think it's design leans further into "set it and forget it" simplicity rather than encouraging fast access to all the settings via dials and buttons.
