Identity Breakthrough Systems was born out of a real-world coaching dilemma. As a high-ticket coach and podcaster, founder Shawn Michael spent years manually sending personalized check-ins to his clients between live sessions to keep them accountable and aligned. He realized that true transformation rarely happens during a single weekly call. It happens in the implementation between them. However, delivering that level of high-touch, custom support by hand quickly created a massive scaling bottleneck that capped program growth and led to coach burnout.

To solve this, Shawn created the Identity Breakthrough Engine, a multi-agent AI platform built specifically for high-ticket coaches. Acting as an always-on extension of the coach, the Engine deploys intelligent AI agents trained on proven coaching frameworks to deliver context-aware check-ins and continuous accountability.
