We provide an AI-powered between-session coaching platform that extends coaching programs through automated language analysis, personalized challenge delivery, and pre-session coach briefing.

Information We Collect

We collect information in connection with the operation of our coaching platform. This includes:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and coach/client role when you register or are enrolled in the platform.
• Coaching Conversation Data: Text-based responses and exchanges between clients and the Mirror Agent during onboarding and between-session interactions.
• Behavioral Pattern Data: Language analysis outputs generated by the Pattern Agent, including linguistic tether scores, identity friction assessments, and alignment indicators derived from client conversations.
• Challenge and Response Data: Daily challenge prompts delivered to clients and their corresponding responses.
• Usage Data: Information about how coaches and clients interact with the platform, including session timestamps and feature usage.
• Payment Information: Billing details are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers.

How We Use Your Information

Information collected through the platform is used to:

• Operate and deliver the Identity Breakthrough Engine pipeline — including the Mirror, Pattern, Challenge, and Integration Agent functions.
• Generate pre-session coach briefs summarizing client behavioral patterns and progress between coaching sessions.
• Personalize challenge prompts based on detected identity friction and client-specific methodology tracks.
• Communicate with coaches and clients via SMS (where consent has been provided) and email regarding platform activity and session scheduling.
• Improve platform functionality, agent accuracy, and coaching outcomes through aggregated and anonymized analysis.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

AI Processing and Automated Analysis

The Identity Breakthrough Engine uses AI models (including Google Gemini) to process client conversation transcripts and generate behavioral pattern analysis. This is a core function of the service.

Specifically:

• Client conversation text is processed by AI to identify linguistic patterns, modal operators, passive voice shifts, and deflection behaviors.
• AI-generated outputs (pattern analysis, challenge prompts, coach briefs) are informed by, but do not replace, the professional judgment of the human coach.
• No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made solely on the basis of AI analysis without human coach review.

SMS Communications

If you have provided your phone number and consented to SMS communications, we may send platform-related messages including coaching challenges, session reminders, and program updates. Message frequency varies based on program enrollment. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact ops@getidentitydriven.com.

Data Storage and Security

Client session data and behavioral state is stored using Google Cloud Firestore, a secure cloud database infrastructure operated by Google LLC. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With Your Coach: Client behavioral data and pre-session briefs are shared with the enrolled coach as the primary function of the platform.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services including Google Cloud (infrastructure), Twilio (SMS delivery), and payment processors. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data Retention

We retain coaching session data, transcripts, and behavioral analysis for the duration of the active coaching engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter to support coach continuity and program review. Coaches and clients may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
• The right to correct inaccurate information.
• The right to request deletion of your data.
• The right to opt out of certain data processing activities.

Children's Privacy

The Identity Breakthrough Engine is designed for professional use by adult coaches and their adult clients. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
