Is Spider Man 2099 Good

It was a pretty decent book. I was reading some of the new spider-man 2099 but his new costume sucks compared to the original. I mean it's still a cool costume but the og 2099 costume is one of the best costumes ever.

Either way both books were pretty decent. Also the spider. Is Spider-Man 2099 a good guy or a bad guy? Let's look at Marvel comics history to find out!
