PLANNING COMMISSION STAFF REPORT Application AD-2119 is a request for conditional use approval for expansion of the Stone Butte Quarry for the purpose of meeting an increasing demand for quarry rock. The request is to modify an existing Conditional Use Permit approval (AD-1413) on a portion of a 701.59-acre parcel in the Forestry Grazing (FG) zoning district.
