Sustainable Design
At the core of the Casa Futuro's design is sustainability. The house is oriented to capture the maximum amount of natural light and heat, reducing the need for artificial lighting and heating. It is equipped with solar panels that provide hot water and electricity, and rainwater is collected and reused for irrigation. The house is also built with eco-friendly materials, such as recycled steel and cork.
Innovative Features
The Casa Futuro is not just about aesthetics; it is packed with innovative features that make it a truly futuristic home. The house has a automated system that controls the temperature, humidity, and lighting, ensuring optimal comfort at all times. It also has a home automation system that allows the residents to control various aspects of the house, from the lights to the music, using a smartphone or tablet.
Flexible Living Spaces
One of the standout features of the Casa Futuro is its flexible living spaces. The house is designed to adapt to the changing needs of its residents. The ground floor, for instance, can be used as a garage, a workspace, or a guest room, depending on what the residents need at any given time. The first floor has a large, open-plan living area that can be divided into smaller spaces using sliding walls.
