Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the IMI application (the "Service") operated by IMI AI Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Personal Information sharing

In addition to medical reports, we may also need you to disclose your personal information to serve the purpose of better consultation from our doctors. You are also required to upload your medical reports through our application either in readable file formats (pdf/ word) or photo format (photo taking from your smartphones)

Service content

Our doctors only provide medical consultation based on your medical reports and personal information. The quality of our doctors’ consultation highly depends on the quality of file or photo reports and personal information we receive from you.

In addition, our services do not substitute medical treatments to any diseases that you may be concerned about. You are always advised to consult with your doctor for any specific health questions. It is still highly recommended for you to visit your own hospitals or doctors for specific medical treatment advice if concerned. We assume no responsibilities for any potential damage or loss caused to you from our consultation.

Security and Confidentiality

By default, your personal information shall remain confidential and highly secured in our application. Your information is only shared with our doctors who shall provide medical consultation to you. In some special cases, we may need to share your medical records and personal profiles to third-party Medical and Health Institutions or services to further analyze your health conditions when needed for better consultation quality.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide notice at least 15 days prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
