Destiny 2 Outbreak Prime Door Locked

Hi, Ive done everything in order to get the outbreak prime quest but the door is still showing as locked.. why is this? So to start, you need to get into the Raid and activate all five monitors.
Doing so will remove a laser in the secret corridor after you win the second Aksis fight, starting the Quest. Here's where... This is all on titan.
According to some comments in this other post it sounds like you might have to do the normal adventures for this door to be unlocked in the heroic adventure. I cannot verify this personally. Plus 2 of my friends opened the door for me but the fallen transponder isnt on the table or floor! Please help if anyone has any idea why it isnt unlocking for me.
