My Wireless Joey seems to be somewhat slow when accessing the guide, scrolling through the channels in the guide and accessing my recordings on the DVR. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, anyone know if there are any plans on upgrading the Wireless Joey, like they did with the standard Joey? I don't have experience with that wiring and connections from Dish to XX switch to Hopper & Joey ..
But I would double check the connectors first, run temporary cable second (honey I know its ugly running a cable inside the house like this ... but I want give it a day or two, to see if the cable is the cause of problems ...) Good Luck !! Since I am new to this system, is there anything that can be done about the slow nature of everything in regards to the Joey2? On my Hopper, the guide and everything is just 'fast'.
On the joeys, everything is very sluggish. There is a noticeable delay response to guide function, Home menus... Also, ensure that the Joey is properly connected to the Hopper or other DISH Network device.

This time with Dish, we did a wirelessly Joey system. It is constantly failing, meaning you turn on the TV and np signal, doesnt connect to the Hopper, or it is very choppy, etc etc. If you reset the Joey, 90% of the time the problem is resolved.
The other 10%, reset the bridge connected to the Hopper and it is solved.
