Found 1 review / complaint about GreenPartStore.com. All reviews are negative and contain useful information. They even sent me hardened bolts free of charge after I posted a review on their website complaining how Patz easy hitch didn't come with hardened bolts and I snapped one off during installation.

Buying things from new websites always has me on edge, so I was looking for some feedback if anyone has used the site. I know I've ordered stuff from them and had good results. Can't recall exactly what, but probably filters, maybe some belts for my riding mower.

I use GreenPartsStore exclusively. My local dealer has nothing in stock as far as parts go. Believe it or not, I can usually get parts more quickly by ordering online.

Plus, they are cheaper. However I spoke with someone in customer service for parts and was told as long as they were in original packaging and unused they would accept the return with a 20% restocking fee. Doesn't answer phones or emails.
