How To Get Black Lightning Injustice 2
Special skin that turns Raiden into Black Lightning includes new appearance, moves, and dialogue. Black Lightning appears in the Injustice: Gods Among Us Comic as a member of Batman's Insurgency. He is also Raiden's premier skin for Injustice 2, available for free to those who purchased the Ultimate Edition of the game.
Black Lightning is a Skin for Raiden. If you got the UE, You should have him. I think he was a with raiden.
You don't need to have the ultimate edition he should be unlocked once you buy raiden. But i'm not sure since i have the ultimate and he was already unlocked. Originally posted by Karl Hungus ARG:
