Jonatha Brookes vulnerable, emotionally powerful musical theater piece tells the story of serving as a care giver to her mother, who had dementia, during the final two years of her life. The project is an autobiographical journey that explores her mother's health challenges as well as the impact on Brooke as an artist and a daughter. Seeds of this powerfully expressive project were sown two years earlier when Jonatha moved her mother to New York.
