Polaris Back Wheel Floating

Why is my pressure-side pool cleaner floating? Are you having issues with your Polaris pressure cleaner floating in your pool? Here are a few things that could be causing the problem and how to fix them. The back of my Polaris started to slightly float up off the ground and Im not sure why. This happens both when the pump is on (and its moving) and when the pump is off (its stationary).

Verify the wheel revolutions per minute's are in range. Ensure that the head float is not filled with water. Try running the cleaner without the bag and if it fixes the issue then clean the bag with soap and warm water.
