Pro Tools Offline Bounce
Offline bounce was completely different in both sound quality and sync, real time bounce again different. The only way to preserve the EA work was to real-time re-record into another track within the session. Also tried switching real time Rhythmic to rendered processing, resulting in different sound.

The Offline Bounce in Pro Tools enables you to export your sessions audio files faster than real-time playback. It processes the entire mix internally, saving valuable time, especially for complex projects with multiple tracks and effects. Bounce Online or Offline: If you bounce online, Pro Tools will bounce the track in real time; if you select the Offline box, the mix will typically bounce faster than real time.
If you choose to bounce offline, you wont be able to hear the mix as its bounced. Maybe it's worth a look to deactivate the mastering chain and see if this changes the offline bounce speed / CPU utilization. Everything goes through this chain and it might be the thing that's throttling the max speed.
Most other DAWs already had this feature before, while Pro Tools users were forced to bounce out in real-time. This seems like the next step, every Pro Tools user was looking for, but will this be a step in the right direction? Will this new feature make us work faster and also better? Avid introduced the new Offline Bounce Feature in version 11 of Pro Tools.
Other DAWS have had this feature but for Long Time PT users this is very exciting....
