In 2023, after 28 wonderful years making rugs exclusively for QVC customers, we made the difficult decision to close our Royal Palace business. The pandemic's impact on our factories, coupled with various external challenges, proved insurmountable. Despite our best efforts, the situation reached a point where continued operations became unfeasible.
