Although it is not the policy of the Postal Service to interfere with the private lives of employees, it does require that postal employees be honest, reliable, trustworthy, courteous, and of good character and reputation. Employees are required to comply with the regulations in this part, and violations of the regulations may be cause for disciplinary action. The regulations in this part are in addition to other rules of conduct provided by applicable statutes, regulations, or Postal Service handbooks and manuals.

I'm pretty sure that the official policy is that anyone who dates a regular carrier needs to also go out with the T6 once a week. No rules against it in the same craft. While there isnt a universal federal rule that strictly prohibits dating a coworker, if the relationship leads to a conflict of interest or violates the agencys dating coworkers policy, it could result in disciplinary action, including termination.
Could a Postal Service employee use his or her postal mobile phone to make a doctors appointment? Could a Postal Service employee use his or her personal mobile phone to send sexually explicit messages and photographs through a dating app while on duty? Having relationships with other postal workers isnt healthy, gets pretty nasty after everyones been passed around. Old beefs, switching tours if things get bad, police involvement if worse, from what Ive seen.
