Why Doesn't Hulu Have Dubbed Anime
Hulu decides whether to offer anime shows dubbed or subbed based on licensing agreements with the content owners. Some anime shows may have dubbing rights included in the licensing deal, while others may only have subtitles available. Depends on who does the dubbing and licensing.

Wanted to watch anime and every one I checked (Fruits Basket (2019), Noragami, Hanako-kun) are only showing dubbed versions. I looked through the episode list to see if there were subs listed. Viz is notoriously slow about adding dubs, sometimes taking upwards of a couple years after releasing an anime on DVD/Bluray before adding the dub to their Hulu catalogue.
Sentai likewise takes a while but that's more because they have their own service called HIDIVE. Hulu's anime library is moving to Disney+! However, while Hulu has the subtitled version of the full Fairy Tail series available for streaming, they only have around 100 episodes available with an English dub.
This has left many fans wondering why the full dubbed series isnt available on the platform. Because Crunchyroll doesn't want the most recent episodes on Hulu, it drives down the reason for people to subscribe to their site, which means they make less money off of it. They'll probably upload it in a month or so when the end of S7 is old news.
However, the main problem is that Hulu has no plans to acquire the English dub for the show. Their official Hulu Twitter account has stated that they dont have the streaming rights to all of the dubbed episodes.
