Day 8 invites you to slow down, cultivate balance, and CONNECT.
We open the hips in this sequence and use the subtle power of the breath to find release and let go. For those interested in learning about Yoga with master instructor Adriene Mischler & Benji! I'm curious if others have completed the Dedicate Journey. In January I did Center (which felt great), and in February I did Move (which I actually found bit more challenging than Center).
