# Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

This Child Safety Standards policy applies to the INGIPO app (package name: com.techiehug.ingipo) published on Google Play by Saravanan Kuppusamy.

INGIPO is firmly committed to protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on its platform. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward content, behavior, or activities that exploit, endanger, or harm minors.

## Prohibited Content and Activities
INGIPO strictly prohibits:
- Any sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, text, or audio
- Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate communication with minors
- Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of children
- Content that depicts, promotes, normalizes, or attempts to evade detection of CSAE
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form

## Detection, Reporting, and Enforcement
- We actively monitor and moderate user-generated content using a combination of automated systems and human review.
- Users can report suspected CSAE content or behavior directly within the app.
- Accounts involved in CSAE activities are permanently suspended without notice.
- Where legally required, we report confirmed CSAE cases to relevant law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations.

## In-App Reporting Mechanism
The INGIPO app includes an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report content or behavior related to child sexual abuse and exploitation. Reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action is taken.

## User Responsibilities
- Users must be at least the minimum legal age required to use the app.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their content and interactions comply with all applicable laws and INGIPO policies.
- Any attempt to exploit minors will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.

## Cooperation with Authorities
INGIPO fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies, child safety organizations, and regulatory authorities to combat CSAE and protect children online.
