Bmw 1 Vs 2 Series Reddit

Why do people hate on the 1 & 2 series so much? I'm not super into BMWs so if there is a reason I'd love to know. But from my perspective, the 1 & 2 series look like small little sedans that would handle really well. It's my understanding that they aren't particularly fast, but if they are rear or awd, have a manual, and corner well, that's all you really need for a car to be fun.

When BMW made your 2017 X1, they were still working on the issues with the UKL2 platform. The 2021 X3 is on the CLAR platform, which should be much more reliable these days; they actually prioritized reliability when engineering the platform, and they've had a few years to work out the issues.
