The 24 Hours of Le Mans is legendary and perhaps the most important motorsport event on the 2024 racing calendar. After 25 years BMW M is returning to the toughest endurance race in the world. With its Hypercar BMW M Hybrid V8, M GmbH is hoping to get a spot on the podium.

A quarter of a century after its last win, BMW is returning to the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The German marque will field two prototypes in the Hypercar category and two M4s in LMGT3, with all eyes on Valentino Rossi, the team's star. The 2024 24 Hours promises to be a nail-biter!

Exactly 25 years after the victory of the BMW V12 LMR, the start of the BMW M Hybrid V8 in the Hypercar class marks the return of the BMW brand to the top category at the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans (FRA). The 24 Hours of Le Mans is fast approaching and to celebrate the milestone, the BMW M Hybrid V8 will become the first playable 2024 Hypercar on Le Mans Ultimate, the official game of the FIA World Endurance Championship and 24 Hours of Le Mans.

BMW M RETURNS TO LE MANS. It is with great pleasure that BMW M Motorsport announces its return to the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and the 24 Hours of Le Mans (FRA) in 2024. This is the first time since 1999 that BMW M raced at Le Mans.
