BMW 8 Series with a 5.8L S85 V10 October 10, 2024 E31 Rey Rivera and his company REYN Speed Shop spent four years creating their BMW "858 CSL" using an 850 (E31) chassis and E60 M5 powertrain. The 850 originally came with a V12 but is now powered by a stroked and bored 5.8 L S85 V10 built by CarBahn. The result is a unique restomod from America, transforming the E31 into a true performance car: meet the 858 CSL, a V10.
