Bmw E30 Alpina Glass Roof

Anyways my brother sent me a photo on instagram of this Alpina with a nice panoramic hardtop. I've never seen one before and I think it looks tight! #e30panroof I didn't dig deep for any info other than what the owner provided. Its 1 of the only 3 BMW ever made conceptually or for an auto show.

Basically, everything you need to plug it into your existing E30 Sunroof cut-out. The roof (glass) itself is in VERY NICE condition as are the seals. Some joker on eBay is asking £850 for the glass moon roof sunroof panels.

This seems, extortionate although I did consider it. Seems hard to pinpoint what the things are worth. There are a few old forum posts from the USA where they sold for under $400 and it was a few years ago.

Does this seem a sensible yet eye watering premium to pay for something so rare? I have an O.E.M bmw e30 glass sunroof panel. The metal trim strip that goes around it has come off, after the glue let go.
