There, I found that the original members of the team were Patti Carson, Janet Dellosa, and Steve Carson.

After searching Janet's name into google pictures of old books with the familiar style come up with her and Patti's name on them. Back when I used to go to elementary school (I think it was either during kindergarten or first grade), I vaguely remember seeing a lot of Carson Dellosa artwork (or clip art) in the classroom, and many of the characters in said artwork were drawn in this style, with the same expressions.
