  2. Begin with gentle, upward strokes: Using a jade or stones tool, start along the jawline, moving upwards towards the ear. Repeat on the other side.
  3. Work the cheeks: Place the tool at the center of the cheek, then glide it outwards and upwards, stopping at the hairline. Repeat on both cheeks.
  4. Stimulate the forehead: Starting at the eyebrows, use the tool's edge to glide upwards, following the hairline. Repeat on both sides of the forehead.
  5. Complete the routine: Glide the tool along the mario, from the nasal bone to the hairline, to conclude the treatment.
