PT Indo Traktor Utama built the ITR - PASS (Provide Advanced Service Support) app as a dedicated business mobile application for internal personnel, service technicians, and field mechanics. This SERVICE is provided by PT Indo Traktor Utama at no cost to authorized users and is intended for use as is.

For a better experience, and to properly execute service and attendance features while using ITR - PASS, we require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information and device permissions, including:

• Employee Identity & Authentication: Employee Name, Employee Identification Number (NIK), and internal company credentials used to verify identity and maintain secure access to field service tasks.
• Location Data (GPS): Precise geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) captured exclusively when performing Daily Time Card (DTC) Check-In and Check-Out, and when creating or updating Service Work Orders (WO). This data is collected to verify mechanic presence at designated job sites and remote customer work locations.
• Camera & Facial Verification: Access to the front-facing camera to capture selfie photographs strictly during DTC Check-In and Check-Out for visual attendance validation and fraud prevention. Camera access is also used to capture photos of machinery, heavy equipment, and components during service and inspection tasks.
• Device Information: Unique Device ID, device model, operating system version, and timezone settings. This information is utilized to ensure shift calculation accuracy, manage device bindings, and prevent unauthorized credential sharing.
• Offline Storage & Synchronization Data: Attendance records, local timecard queues, and job snapshots are saved to the device's local encrypted storage (SQLite) to ensure seamless operation in remote areas with limited or no internet connectivity (such as mining and plantation sites). This data is securely synchronized with company servers once a connection is established.

The information that we request will be retained by us and used solely as described in this privacy policy.

Log Data

Whenever you use our Service, in the event of an application error, crash, or diagnostic event, we collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the date and time of the event, and relevant diagnostic statistics.

Cookies and Local Caching

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. This Service does not use standard tracking cookies. However, the application uses local device caching, SecureStore, and local SQLite databases to store authentication tokens, offline attendance queues, and cached service timecards to allow offline work functionality.

We may employ third-party cloud infrastructure providers and services (such as cloud hosting and notification gateways) for the following purposes:

• To facilitate and host our Service;
• To provide the Service infrastructure on our behalf;
• To perform Service-related maintenance and backend synchronization; or
• To assist us in analyzing how our Service functions and performs in the field.

These third parties have access to your information only to execute specific infrastructure tasks assigned to them on our behalf, and are strictly obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Security

We value your trust in providing us with your operational and personal information. We implement robust, commercially acceptable security practices, including token-based authentication, SSL/TLS transport encryption, and device-bound identification. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
