So I ride down a hill when the the warning triangle lights up, and stop by the roadside to see 'DWA' on the display. A quick flip through the manual reveals it's a battery failure in the immobiliser system. Anyone know if there's a DIY fix or will I have to heap wonga on the dealer? cheers!

A few weeks back I got a warning triangle and the display dwa come up. Bike started and ran. Hi guys, I have a 2007 BMW F800st.
The bike was stored indoors over the winter. Took it out a few weeks ago when the weather got nice, started up and ran no problem. Weather got cold again, and I didn't ride for a few weeks.
