Remote Software Upgrade - The starter battery charge status is too low General BMW i5 and 5-Series (G60 / G61) Discussion. So now I'm back in NJ and under Vehicle Status, it says Remote Software Upgrade, "Installation currently blocked" and i click on the right arrow for more information. Keeps saying "Drive to charge the starter battery." but I am driving this car around and charging it as normal.
Any way to reset this message so I can attempt to install the update? Preparation of upgrade to version 07/2024.40 completed. The starter battery charge status is too low to start the installation.

However I can't seem to be able to update it via remote software upgrade. It transferes the update to the car,at first glance all pre conditions are met but it doesn't start.
