How long do I have to cancel an order? You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed (usually within 60 minutes) in your MyAccount page by clicking the Cancel Order button. After the order has been processed, the Cancel Order button will be removed, and we cannot cancel the order.

Can I change my order to be store or curbside pick-up? No. Since stock is unique to each store location we are unable to change a shipped order to a store pickup or change a store pick.
