Hi Guys and Gals I'm new here and I thought it prudent to ask, I'm on the lookout for a GS 1200 but I'm unsure if I should go for the older air cooled model or the newer water cooled one, I will be doing serious miles/kilometres 600+ a day and need a bike that will not let me down, and my focus.

I'm not wild about the inlet and exhaust being at the top and bottom as opposed to back and front, just looks wrong to me, just my thoughts.
