Yes, lowering options are definitely available for the E61 wagon xi models with adaptive suspension. KW makes the KW V3 coilovers for the front and shocks w/ adjustable links for the rear Front Lowering: 0.8" to 2.0" Rear Lowering: 0.6" to 1.6" H&R makes sport springs which will be for the front and it'll lower the front end by approx 1.4.

i recently sold a 95 touring (525) and had lowered suspension installed. it was racing dynamics springs and bilstien sports valved to their specs. althought it looked way cool it rode like crap over most road imperfections.
