These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CordAI (the “Bot”), an AI-assisted Discord application operated by j4tz (“we”, “us”). By adding, configuring or interacting with the Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
CordAI lets authorised users manage a Discord server through natural-language requests — for example, creating or editing channels, categories, roles, permissions, webhooks and ticket systems. Requests are interpreted by an AI model (OpenAI) and carried out through Discord’s API.
You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must have the necessary rights and permissions over the server where the Bot is used.
To perform management actions, the Bot may be granted broad permissions (including Administrator). You are responsible for the permissions you grant and for the actions you ask the Bot to perform. By design, only the configured owner can issue commands. Destructive actions (e.g. deleting channels or roles) are executed as requested — review them carefully, and test in a non-production server first.
You agree not to use the Bot to violate any law, the Discord Terms or Community Guidelines, or the rights of others; to harass, spam, or harm; or to disrupt Discord’s services. We may suspend or stop providing the Bot to anyone who misuses it.
The Bot relies on an AI model to interpret requests. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected; actions are executed based on that interpretation. You accept that you are responsible for reviewing the results of your requests, and you use the Bot at your own risk.
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We use data obtained through Discord only as necessary to provide the Bot’s functionality; we do not sell it, share it with data brokers or advertisers, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models. We operate in accordance with the Discord Developer Terms of Service and the Discord Developer Policy.
The Bot depends on Discord and OpenAI, each governed by its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services. AI usage may be subject to the provider’s own limits and costs.
The Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Bot will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for any loss of data, channels, roles, or server configuration arising from the use of (or inability to use) the Bot. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server. We may terminate or restrict access to the Bot at any time. Upon removal, data specific to your server is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version; continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance.
