Texture quality (setting higher values with low vram card will lead to stutters rather than fps loss) Most games are playable with just texture quality set to medium/high and everything else off imo, for some games you can even turn on all settings but keep the revolution low.
Enabled all the new Windows 11 graphics features: from Settings -> System -> Display -> Graphics -> Default graphics settings. Those combined will provide lower latency and better compatibility with newer games and features (see more in the the next section for NVIDIA)
