Her email stated that, at this time, they were experiencing "unexpected issues" that were causing the company as a whole to have a delay on Bath materials and products being installed and/ or serviced.

Is that what this should cost, or are these guys trying to take advantage. Existing bathroom is 48" shower with tile, grout is failing and water penetration into walls, probably about 30 years old. Company A (Bath Planet partner): 32" wide, 5 foot tub made out of some proprietary Bath Planet plastic material (They insist it's better than fiberglass and thicker) Matte black hand shower with dual valve (temp + flow) fixture.
Any updates? we just had bath planet come by and quote the same price but a lot less work. Acrylic shower and pan install, subway texture, and ada compliance. Anyone had any dealings with Bath Planet recently? I signed a contract on nov 2nd, they charged my credit card nov 9th.
