Vyper Chair Reddit
I have the real vyper chair and it's awesome. It's one of the few really premium items I decided to bite the bullet on, most of the other items I have are HF, used or some combination of the two. The chair is really nice though.
In retrospect I think I would probably get the icon stool but it wasn't out at the time I got my vyper. I was wondering if any members have experience with this chair or this company, Vyper Industries? I have several roll around chairs, Craftsman, Snap-On and DeWalt, the piston has recently frozen up on the Craftsman, which was my favorite as it went a little higher. I'd also like bigger wheels.
I wouldn't pay that much for a shop chair for myself because I'm a weekend warrior. If I worked in a shop or even spent more than an average amount of time in one as a hobbyist, I would try the chair. These are supposedly USA made/built shop chairs that are extremely high-quality.
I have broken two HF chairs within the last six months so I am interested in a higher quality unit. But the price seems high and there seems to be some hype on the product - so I am a bit skeptical. Just curious on what the groups thoughts are on Vyper shop chairs? I think they are comfortable, extremely over built, and cool looking. So I decided i needed 2 (1 short 1 tall) also think the match the kitty pretty well. Chair like the Vyper Steel Max? I've been looking for a replacement task chair for my trusty chair that I've used daily since 1988.
I've worn out nearly every single part. lol. I've bought a few pricey options only for plastic parts to break within a few months.
