Gr86 Toyota App Not Working

Hello, I got my GR86 less than a week ago and I was excited to try the remote connect and start my engine with the my key or toyota app. The SOS button works, I have a 1-year subscription, talked to the customer service through SOS button but they cannot seem to help me setup. Anyone else having this issue? My odometer miles/Distance to empty miles used to be there and now instead of numbers.

Hi - does anyone know if the GR86 works with the MyT app? I also have a Corolla and I'm not saying the app is a lot of use but it does warn me if I left my car unlocked or windows open, picks up any warning lights and tells me the location of my car. Was thinking the ability to locate the car.
