Just look at their app. And their API they tried to close that 1000's of us hacked anyway to figure out the delivery date on our vehicles. I'm sure they have security and high availability well under control.

After making a complaint with the "Toyota Customer Experience" center, I was referred to the app technical support, who called me back the next day. After some mysterious work, the app suddenly worked, and has for the next 5 days. Weird.
