I have a 2013 Avalon Limited and always used the Entune App, especially for navigation.

Ever since Toyota replaced it with the new Toyota App, I cannot get anything to work. Anyone had this problem and got it resolved? The Toyota App is supposed to be used now to connect to the Entune head unit in my RAV4 but it has no capability to do so.

I have contacted customer service several times and they say it is known issue and was supposed to be resolved this week. Was hoping deleting the App would flush the Notifications after re. Yeah, I know things go obsolete but about the only thing I used the Entune app for was saving a destination using Entune on my iPhone and it would transfer to the Saved Destinations app on the car.
