Toyota App Internal Server Error Reddit

I purchased my 2022 Sienna XLE earlier this month, but I can't get the Toyota app to verify - I keep getting an internal server error. Any advice or suggestions? Shortly after posting this I found a post on Reddit that suggested resetting your personal data to allow a good connection with your cellular device.

Has anyone else been having issues with their Toyota app just not working, car has been checked and dealer determined it is an issue with the app. After contacting support for the app they have done nothing to help for about 2 weeks now. I have tried to download the digital key multiple times.

I've deleted the app and updated it. Each time it texts me a code to verify the device and when I enter the code it says "internal server error". I checked and the service is enabled.
