Toyota App Internal Server Error

I have a 2021 4R and I'm trying setup my Toyota App Remote Services for auto start feature etc. and at the stage where it says follow the instructions to activate my account. However when following the instructions I do not see 'Communications' listed in step #3 below.

Has anyone seen this. UPDATE; It turns our the dealership linked us to another RAV4 by mistake. As soon as he unlinked us from the incorrect car I was able to link our RAV4 to the app and use all its features.

Every time I get to the authorization screen to enter the code the app sends to your. Completely removed and reinstalled Toyota app and paired my phone from scratch and the silly thing is working again What a pain in the neck. So it appears every time there is a new version of app is available, we will have to complete uninstall and reinstall the app for the phone to connect to Entune.
