Toyota App Multiple Vehicle Alerts

How can I manage my notifications with the Toyota mobile app? Go to the main Dashboard. Tap on your profile icon in the upper right corner and select the "Account" button. Tap on "Notification Settings." Toggle the notifications you would like to enable or disable.

Click save changes at bottom of screen. In the Toyota app, I occasionally get a notification stating "Your Yaris has multiple vehicle alerts, please check app for more details". But I can't find anywhere in the app that allows me to do that.

Truck built 11/23, purchased 12/23 and just got the Service Alert via the app today that my 2nd FOB is ready. Funny thing is that I already have my second FOB due to issues with tracking status of my FOB which dealer made right in 02/24! I've got this message on my phone, "2021 RAV4 Plugin Hybrid has multiple vehicle alerts, please check app for more details." When I checked the app it indicated all doors were unlocked, I know for sure I locked them when I last got home and plugged it in to charge.

However, there's a sore spot on this entire process and that's the many failures of the Toyota App / Entunes / and push notifications of vehicle alerts. Supposedly, I should receive push alerts to my phone when the car is left unlocked, a door/trunk/hood is open and so on. How can I change the notification setting of TOYOTA CONNECT app? (Vehicle Status Alert, Anti-Theft Alarm, Guest Driver Monitor, etc.) You can change notification settings in the service management page.

*If app notification is disabled on your smartphone, you won't receive any notifications from TOYOTA CONNECT app. I find aspects of the Toyota app to be more annoying than they are useful. Under Health, it says "No Vehicle Alert" but I get notifications that literally says "2025 4Runner Hybrid has multiple vehicle alerts, please check app for more details".

But tapping on the notification does nothing so. 5 to 10 minutes after the engine is switched off, the vehicle status will be sent to your app. If one of the situations below is identified, a push notification will be sent to your phone.

You can pull down at the top of the app to refresh. If any of the following are found, you will receive a notification with the date and time. You can turn your notifications on or off to customize what information you receive: Hatch or trunk open.
