Toyota App Outage

After making a complaint with the "Toyota Customer Experience" center, I was referred to the app technical support, who called me back the next day. After some mysterious work, the app suddenly worked, and has for the next 5 days. Weird.

It's all grayed out. It shows that the last time the info was updated was 4 hours ago. If I try to refresh the data it tries for a couple of minutes then just times out.

Is my app dead or is it the car's receiver and transmitter or is Toyota's service down? Connected Services Outage The info in the Toyota App stopped updating a couple of days ago. Now when I start the Toyota App, I get this error message. Yes, I am in Canada with a 2024 Prius Prime.

Anybody else getting this? AWS (amazon web services, likely where toyota app is hosted) has had outages recently and the app is definitely running through it. They had another outage this morning and it may be causing issues.
