Vin Not Working Toyota App

Yes on the Supra app, it let's you luck/unluck, track vehicle (not live), show fuel level, etc.

However, the Toyota app on my 4Runner is awesome. It does all of the above features, plus it will. last week the salesman entered my profile and phones but not the vehicle so I am stuck and need help.
