Conversion to Multiple Apartments This project was to convert a long-unused listed commercial property in the heart of historic Hull's old town. It originally comprised dock offices for 18th-century trading routes with a warehouse to the ready, all with significant English heritage listings and assets.

Although poorly kept, with the guidance of Steve and CK Architectural , the finished result became 12 different apartments all of which span multiple floors and all of which were designed to keep the history and aesthetic of the property, all the while meeting modern design standards and efficiency to create a truly iconic finished project.
