After phoning Jandelee de beers the sales executive, she went out of her way to assist us two days before Christmas, and just in time for our departure.

Thank you Jandelee once. I send numerous complain via email about this new problem I am having to the service manager and customer service at Hyundai. The problem was refereed to Hyundai Centurion for them to handle the mater.
