No hpbs, no fumings, only like half the enchants and barely any of the current ones are t6's, no gemstones. You can use fabled if you want but withered is prob better. So get most cheap t6's (spend a little bit more on the dps/dph ones), hpbs and fumings, gemstones, and withered and ur gs would be much better.

lots of people recommend soul eater, and while it does have some niche uses (1 tapping fanatics, magma cubes, ghosts) if you want pure dps then inferno should be your pick. it isnt a massive dps buff (at least at level 1) being maybe only a 10% boost. still the only cheap dps ultimate though, and inferno 4 or 5 is actually a massive dps boost.
